During the evaluation phases, the ‘Ranking’ tab is displayed, and the values are inserted as the scores are defined. The ranking is completed only at the end of the last level of evaluation, which is the economic one. On this page, you will see both the General Supplier Ranking and the Ranking by Position.

The Supplier Ranking includes the current general ranking of the tender, which is calculated based on the Total Score (total technical score + total economic score). The table displays the list of participating suppliers, sorted by their ranking, and is organized as follows:

  • #: Position in the general classification.
  • Supplier: Name of the supplier.
  • Total technical score: The cumulative technical score of the supplier.
  • Total economic score: The cumulative economic score of the supplier.
  • Total Score: The total score, which is the sum of the technical and economic scores.
  • Total Bid: The total value of the economic offer submitted by the supplier.

The Ranking by Position is determined solely based on the economic offers submitted for each individual position. For each economic position in the tender, a separate table is created. Each table lists the participating suppliers in order of ranking and is organized as follows:

  • #: This denotes the position in the ranking by position.
  • Supplier: The name of the supplier.
  • Username: The user who submitted the offer.
  • Any %: The discount offered for the specific position relative to the base price.
  • Any unit price: The unit price offered for the specific position.
  • Initial offer: The offer initially provided by the supplier (this is populated only if negotiations have taken place).
  • Total Value: The total value of the economic offer.
  • Saving: The actual amount saved in comparison to the initial offer.
  • Saving %: The percentage amount saved concerning the initial offer.

Once the different evaluation phases have been completed, the ‘Open negotiation’ and ‘Open pre-award’ buttons will be visible and selectable on this page only for enabled users.
