Each doValue User who accesses the platform is assigned a profile that grants selective access to data and functions. In addition to the standard registration operations, users, based on their associated profile, can access and view only the specific features available in their functional menu, which may include:
- Preparation and definition of tenders
- Publication of tenders
- Access to all information related to the tenders they are involved in.
- Inviting new suppliers to register for participation in specific tenders.
- Conducting evaluations (administrative, technical, economic)
- Inviting suppliers to negotiations
- Pre-awarding tenders
- Awarding tenders
