Through the Communications area, it is possible to view all system communications sent to both internal users and suppliers.
In detail:
- System Communications: contains the list of communications sent by the platform to both internal users and suppliers. Communication visibility is based on the user profile configuration.
You can view the details of the content, related to the message, using the appropriate Actions column (A) (ref. Figure 24), with a click on the wink icon.
- Send Message: the area allows the internal user to send customized communications by clicking on the appropriate “Create Message” button (B) to one or more suppliers massively by placing a check inside the box (A).
- Messages sent/received: this section, on the other hand, collects all communications sent/received by the internal user and providers.
