Communications

Through the Communications area, you can view all system communications sent to both internal users and suppliers (see Figure 19).

In detail:

• System Communications: This section contains the list of communications sent by the platform to both internal users and suppliers. The visibility of the communication depends on the user's profile configuration. You can view the details of the message content using the Actions column (A) (see Figure 19) by clicking on the eye icon.

• Send Message: This area allows the internal user to send personalized communications by clicking the "Create Message" button (B) to one or more suppliers. This can be done en masse by checking the boxes (A) (see Figure 20).

Send/Received Messages: This sections collects all communications send/received by the internal and suppliers (see Figure 21).
