CENSUS OF A SUPPLIER IN THE REGISTER

Through the “Companies” section of the portal, the user has the option of taking a census of one or more suppliers in the Register by clicking on the “Census supplier” link (B); as a result, the supplier will be visible in the supplier table without having the obligation on the part of the internal user to invite him or her to register on the portal.

This census involves the entry of some mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the page called “Supplier Census”. Upon clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom right, the system allows the supplier to be saved within the table, visible in the Action section with the status “Census”. It should be noted that, should the user wish to invite the census supplier to take the qualification path, it will be necessary to click on the appropriate icon and automatically the system will send the supplier the supplier registration token.
