CENSUS OF A SUPPLIER IN THE SUPPLIER REGISTER

Through the ‘Companies’ section of the portal, the user can register one or more suppliers in the Supplier Register by clicking on the link ‘Supplier Census’ (B) (ref. Figure 1). The supplier will be visible in the supplier list, even if it was not invited to register on the portal by the internal user.

This census requires the entry of mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the ‘Supplier Census’ page (ref. Figure 2).

Upon clicking the ‘Save’ button (A) in bottom right, the system allows to insert the supplier into the supplier list with the status ‘Census’ (A) (ref. Figure 3).

Please note that, if it occurs to invite the censed supplier to undertake the qualification process, it will be necessary to click on the appropriate icon and the system will automatically send the registration code to the supplier.
