AUTHORIZATION MANAGEMENT

The features to be enabled from the document status should follow the following logic:

  • Document status is non-regular, due to lack of mandatory documents not entered or waiting for validation by the internal user, the enablement must be negative therefore not enabled highlighted by red color.

  • Document status is regular, when all mandatory documents have been entered and validation of the documents by the internal user has taken place; therefore, the enablement must be positive therefore in Enabled highlighted by the green color.

Next, the functionality of the “Enable” column must also be aligned with the Activation status of the employee:

  • The employee if active, is enabled when all documents are regular and validated.
  • The employee if not active, the enablement status would still result as not enabled even though there are all mandatory documents loaded and validated.
  • The employee if active, the moment only one document has not been validated the enable status is unenabled.
  • The expiration of the contract does not generate an automatic deactivation of the employee.
