Report
The Reports section (see Figure 22) includes a series of charts useful for monitoring the management of the registry and its usage by suppliers. Specifically, the data available are:
- Suppliers by Product Category: Distribution of suppliers on the platform based on product category.
- Suppliers by Country: Distribution of suppliers on the platform based on the nationality of their legal headquarters.
- Qualification Status of Active Suppliers: Distribution of suppliers on the platform based on their qualification status.
- Suppliers by Qualification Ranking: Distribution of suppliers on the platform based on their obtained qualification ranking.
- Document Status of Qualified Active Suppliers: Overview of the number of suppliers with valid and incomplete documentation.
- Supplier Activity in the Last 6 Months: Monitoring the number of suppliers registered and qualified in the past six months.
- System Access Monitoring: Overview of the number of suppliers based on their access to the platform.
