REPORT

The ‘Tender Performance’ page is available as a subsection of the ‘Reports’ menu. Access to this page is restricted to users with specific profiles that enable them to view the page and generate reports.

The ‘Tender Performance’ section is structured as follows:

• Tenders awarded from: This field defaults to the current year. The user can adjust this field to search for all awarded invitations to tender with a publication date falling within the specified year.
• Buyer: The user can search and filter for a specific Buyer 
• Supplier: The user can search and filter for a specific Supplier

The awarded tenders that match the search filters will be displayed in a tabular format on the page. The table will have the following columns:

• Code: The RFx code or identifier of the tender.
• Object: A description of the tender.
• Created by: The user or entity that created the tender.
• Award Date: The date on which the tender was awarded.
• Bidder: The list of suppliers who submitted the bid.
• Amount Awarded: The amount or value awarded in the tender.

This table provides a summary of the tenders that meet the specified criteria, allowing users to assess the 

performance of awarded tenders during the selected reference year

The complete list of tenders, without any applied filters and with more detailed information, can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate   button. This allows users to obtain a comprehensive report of all tenders without any specific filters applied
