- Internal Users - Functions: Lists internal users along with their email addresses and roles
- System mail: Allows you to view a list of mail texts configured in the platform. This is important for email communication and messaging.
- Internal Users – Commodity: Associates specific business divisions and merchandise categories or subcategories with users. This section enables the internal user to assign responsibilities to users based on commodity areas.
- Questionnaires: Provides a list of questionnaires submitted to suppliers. For each questionnaire, you can view its title, description, the associated commodity area, and the questions it contains. You can also download the questions in Excel format. This is useful for supplier assessments and data collection.
- Qualification documents: Lists the documents that can be requested from suppliers. For each document, it specifies the issuing nation, validity duration, required commodity area, mandatory document upload, and any associated questionnaires.
- Commodity Tree: Displays the commodity hierarchy, allowing you to explore different commodity areas, categories, and subcategories.
Processes: Provides details about system-automated processes, including their descriptions and the last execution date. You also have the option to manually initiate these processes.
