This section enables internal users to invite the suppliers to register on the Platform. Once the necessary information has been input, particularly the mandatory data marked with an asterisk (*), the system will automatically send an email notification to the supplier. This email will include a token code, which has a limited validity period of 30 days. This token serves as a time-restricted access code, granting the supplier access to the doValue GR e-procurement Platform Registration Process.
Following the invitation, the supplier's status on the Suppliers --> Companies menu will be labeled as Invited:
The internal user has the option to resend the invitation communication to suppliers who have not yet completed the Registration Process.
