Attribution of Office Qualifications

In the Invitation to Registration section of the portal, internal users can attribute the office qualification to the supplier they want to invite to the register by using the appropriate flag (A). Depending on the selection of the flag, the supplier qualification process may vary:

• The supplier will receive a token to complete the registration form.
• Once completed, the system will send the credentials for accessing the platform, where they can fill out the required qualification questionnaires and documentation.

• In this case, the supplier will also receive a token for the registration form.
• After the process is completed, the supplier will receive the credentials to access the platform. However, they will not have visibility of the qualification questionnaires and documents.
• Consequently, after registration, the supplier will be directly included in the Vendor List with the status “Qualified by Office”.

Furthermore, if a supplier is invited to the platform without selecting the office qualification flag, the internal user has the option to modify the flag later for suppliers with the following statuses: Invited, In Registration, and Registered. In this case, when the supplier logs into the portal with their credentials, they will not have access to the qualification questionnaires and documents and will therefore be added to the Vendor List with the status “Qualified by Office”.
