The Personal Area > Personal Data section is dedicated to displaying the user’s information and modifying the portal display language and related communications via the pencil icon.

The Personal Area > Received Communications section is dedicated to viewing the communications, managed by the platform, that the user has received.

By clicking on the eye icon located in the “Detail” column, the system will open a pop-up (A) containing the details of the indicated communication (see Figure 7).
Inside the pop-up, the user has the option to save the email in question by clicking on the “Save Email” button (B) located at the top right.
