This chapter provides an overview of the contracts module, beginning with the entry of key contract details, progressing through the consolidation of contract information, and concluding with the monitoring of contracts.
- Main contract data: This section contains information that defines the purpose of the contract, its type, associated commodities, and additional details required for its proper definition.
- Contract documents: Here the internal user can upload the main contract document, any annexes, and additional documentation relevant to the contract.
After completing the data consolidation, if necessary, the internal user can attach documentation to the contract. The system will then initiate time tracking for all documents flagged by the user for expiration. The system will send alerts to the contract contact person for document updates and display the updated contract status in the platform.
