The final step in the definition phase of the tender is to load the suppliers to be invited. This can be done in the 'Suppliers' tab, which is initially empty.
When the internal user enter text or a portion of text in the 'Supplier' field, the system will automatically display a list of all the results that match the criteria, considering the 'Company name' field.
When the internal user selects a supplier, the system will automatically populate the 'Company name' and 'Tax code' fields visible on the right. Clicking the 'Add' button will finalize the operation and display the supplier's record in the suppliers table right below.
It is also possible to invite suppliers who are not yet registered on the platform by sending them an invitation to register and participate in the tender. You can do this using the 'Invite New' button. Clicking this button will open a data entry pop-up, where you will find 'Cancel' and 'Invite' buttons. 'Cancel' can be used to abort the operation, while 'Invite' confirms and sends the invitation.
An email notification inviting the supplier to register and participate in the tender, along with instructions on how to access the platform and enter the required information, will be automatically sent to the supplier.
Suppliers who are invited to register during the tender phase are identified on the platform with a 'Prospect' status until they initiate the Registration Process.
As the internal user adds suppliers, the table will be populated with additional records containing the information of each supplier.
