FAQ 11. Creating an ad hoc message via the portal

Through the platform, it is possible for the internal user to send ad hoc messages to one or more suppliers. The procedure is as follows:


1. Access the “Communications” section in the left side menu of the portal and click the “Send message” subsection.


2. On the “Send message” page, insert the flag by choosing the supplier(s) to whom you want to address the communication.


3. Click on the “Send message” button


4. In the “Create message” popup, enter the ‘subject’ and ‘text’ fields.


5. After clicking the “Preview” button to preview the communication to be sent, press “Send”
