This chapter aims to answer the most frequently asked questions regarding the functionalities of the e-procurement portal.

Please note that this manual describes all the functionalities of the portal, but each user will only have access to those features associated with their configured profile, based on their operational role within doValue. These features may vary depending on the configurations requested by doValue.

 

 a) How to Invite a Supplier to Register on the Portal

 

Inviting a supplier is done through the "Registration Invitation" section by entering the mandatory information: company name, contact email, country, tax code, and language.

An invitation generates a communication containing an alphanumeric code (token), which the supplier can use to access the registration process.

 

 b) How to View Supplier Information


 

Through the e-Procurement portal, you can view the information and data provided by suppliers during the registration process. To find this information, follow these steps:

Access the Suppliers Area: In the left-hand menu bar, go to the Suppliers section and select the Companies subsection.

Search for the Supplier: Use the available filters on the page to locate the specific supplier.

Select the Supplier: Click on the supplier’s name in the Company column to view their details

  

c)  How to View the Questionnaires Completed by Suppliers


 

Once the registration phase is complete, the supplier must fill out a series of questionnaires necessary to complete their qualification process within the registry. Some of these questionnaires require the attachment of company documents.

          To check the document status and details of the questionnaires, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Vendors Area: In the left-hand menu bar, go to the Suppliers section and select the Vendor List subsection.
  2. Search for the Supplier: Use the search bar to find the specific supplier.
  3. View Document Status: Click on the Document Status corresponding to the supplier to view the details of their document and questionnaire submissions.
  4. To view the responses provided to the questionnaires, click on the icon   in the Actions column.

 


d) How to View and Validate Documents Submitted by Suppliers


Within the Suppliers Registry section, you can also view and download all documents uploaded by suppliers during the qualification process.
