To request password recovery, you must:
1. In the portal Log-In, select the link “Forgot your password?”
2. When the “Recover password” pop-up opens, enter the email address or username you used to register on the platform in the appropriate space
3. When you click on “Proceed”, the system will send the new password to the email address entered or to the one linked to the relevant username, in order to access the portal again
