The section Personal Area > Personal Data (Figure 1) is dedicated to displaying information on the user and to changing the portal's display language and related communications using the pencil icon.

The section Personal Area > Received Communications (Figure 2) is dedicated to the display of communications, managed by the platform, received by the user himself.

By clicking on the wink icon, located inside the ‘Detail’ column, the system will open a pop-up containing the detail of the indicated communication (Figure 3).
Within the pop-up, the user has the option of saving the e-mail in question by clicking on the ‘Save Mail’ button at the top right.
